It's been a long, long time since Americans experienced any sense of hope. That has all changed this weekend as we prepare to welcome in a new President, a man who, if he lives up to his ideals, has the power to change not just America but also the World. Today, a half million people gathered along the Mall in Washington for a free concert featuring Usher, U2, John Mellencamp, Beyonce, Garth Brooks, Bon Jovi, Stevie Wonder and The Boss among others. God Speed Barack Obama.

Godspeed, indeed. What a proud moment for us all. I'll forever cling on to my HOPE. That will never die.
